Kings of Hollywood (Eagles Cover Band)

Hi there! Let me introduce to you a brand new Eagles cover band I play in: Kings of Hollywood. We managed to perform our first show at Michael Collins Pub, in Florence, our home town, on 28 December 2006.


The members of the band are (left to right in the above photo):

• Pierluigi Pozzi, bass and backing vocals
• Jacopo Meille, lead vocals
• Lorenzo Bettini, guitars & keyboards
• Alessandro Barbi, drums
• Simone Tollis, guitars & backing vocals

I (Lorenzo Bettini), Pierluigi and Jacopo also play together in another cover band: Purple Sucker, Deep Purple Cover Band.

We really had a great time, and we'd like to thank the audience for their good vibrations and in particular Alessio Del Perugia, who let us play in the pub.


Unfortunately, we were not able to have a recording of that evening, so the only witnesses were these photographs :-)
